You’ve probably heard it before: real change starts from within. With personalized hypnotherapy, we turn that idea into action. Together, we’ll rewrite the subconscious programs that create barriers and friction and replace them with beliefs that help you smash through your barriers and create wonderful changes in your life. Whether you’re looking for more confidence, calm, or freedom from what’s been holding you back, this is the fastest and easiest way to make it happen. Each session is tailored specifically to you, ensuring that we address your unique challenges, beliefs, and goals. ​  Session 1: Discovery & Uncovering Blocks (40 minutes) ​ We explore your goals and the challenges you want to work on and uncover deep subconscious beliefs keeping you stuck. We define what achieving your goals and overcoming your challenges look like for you. ​ We will discuss certain aspects of the hypnosis to create the best experience for you ​ If you ordered a package with additional custom recordings we will discuss those.  If additional sessions are needed for more complex issues, we outline a plan. Session 2: Personalized Hypnotherapy (up to 40 minutes) ​ You are guided into a deeply relaxed, focused state where your subconscious is open to accepting positive suggestions. We use powerful suggestions, imagery, and techniques to replace limiting beliefs with new, empowering thought patterns. After our session, you feel lighter, stronger, and aligned with the life you want to create. ​ You will receive a recording of the hypnosis session to listen to. ​ If you ordered additional custom recordings you will receive them within 7 days via email. (For deeper, multi-layered challenges, additional sessions may be recommended. We’ll determine this in Session 1.)
