Digital downloads (non-refundable)
All digital downloads—including hypnotherapy recordings, subliminals, guided meditations, workbooks, journals, and PDFs—are final sale and non-refundable. Products are licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed. For commercial/professional licensing, contact [your email].

Live 1:1 sessions (non-refundable)
Booked coaching/consulting sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice; missed/late-cancelled sessions are charged in full.

Course exception — 30-day guarantee
Heck Yes I Can is covered by a 30-day, risk-free guarantee. If you complete the program and don’t feel more ready to go after what matters to you, email [your email] within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full.

Eligibility guidelines (simple and fair):

Request must be received within 30 days of purchase.
You’ve completed the modules and worked through the exercises (we may ask for your progress/workbook pages or dashboard screenshots so we can improve the course).
One refund per customer per course.

Bundles & add-ons
If you purchased a bundle that includes Heck Yes I Can plus extras:

The course portion follows the 30-day guarantee above.
Digital downloads and 1:1 sessions in the bundle remain non-refundable. If a session was included, you can still use it even if the course portion is refunded.

Currency note
Checkout is processed in ZAR (South African Rand). Your bank/card provider will convert the amount at its exchange rate and may charge a small fee.
